Cancellation Policy & Agreement  

Please understand this is my family’s income. With enough notice I can easily fill your slot, without enough notice it's a loss for myself and family.

Three simple rules are listed below. 


  1. Unless it’s due to sickness or a genuine emergency, if you cancel in under 48-HOURS of your lesson, your lesson will be counted. 

    * "Counted" means the lesson will be subtracted or that you need to make a full online payment. * All work and/or school related issues will not be considered genuine emergencies in regard to this policy. 

2. Regardless of the first policy, a package of four weekly lessons will “expire” after 8 weeks. 

*In other words, you have an entire extra month to complete your lessons if needed. Things happen, I get it, so this leaves you more than enough time to reschedule.  

3. Regardless of the first and second policy, if you reserve a weekly time but cancel/reschedule half or more of your lessons, I will move you to a “floating schedule.”


IMPORTANT: 

**It’s your responsibility to read this policy - giving almost 48 hour notice, saying that you didn’t know, or that you thought it was 24-hour notice will not effect this policy.**

Please do not ask to for exceptions – beside it being awkward, it's asking me to be unfair to all my other students.

 Payment Policies  

Accepted Payment Methods:

Cash and PayPal (Venmo is not accepted) 

 General Payment Policies:

  • 5% is added to all digital payments to cover transaction fees. To avoid this fee, pay in cash. (Venmo will not be accepted) 

  • If you forget to bring cash, you’ll need to make an online payment instead- I can’t agree to the next lesson. 

  • Payments are non-refundable 

“Package Lessons” Payment Policies:

Package LESSONS ARE FOR CONSISTENT WEEKLY LESSONS ONLY

  • Package lessons are only offered to students with a weekly day and time (for instance, every Tuesday at 6PM).

  • If you cancel/reschedule half or more of your lessons, I will likely move you to a “floating schedule” (there is no discount for floating lessons)

PAYMENTS ARE ALWAYS DUE ON THE 4TH LESSON

  • If continuing package lessons, payments are always due in advance on the 4th lesson. (Payments for four lessons are not accepted on the first of four lessons)
